1. Get the order number/details (where you bought the product, a screenshot is helpful)

2. Take photos or short video about the problem you had with the product

3. Write us an email at support@mecarmy.com with a description of the problem you had and attach above 2 things.

For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A valid return receipt must also be provided.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@mecarmy.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If the original product packaging has been damaged or destroyed we will only issue a full refund if the product is being returned due to a defect.
No right of full refund exists unless the product is defective and you are returning it for this reason.
